Working with a number of cross-functional teams in different industries, especially within Africa, has afforded me quite a handful of experience solving unique problems from a design point-of-view. As a design leader, I've always loved mentoring because it also helps me understand my own experiences, leading to deeper reflections that eventually make me a more effective leader and communicator.
