I'm a designer at heart with a huge passion for supporting and developing creatives.
I've worked in the creative industry for over 9 years, having studied Design at Goldsmiths and then getting my first junior designer role at graze.com, where I progressed to Head of Creative. I am now EU creative director at PAD where, as part of this role, I am creating and developing a brand new in-house creative team. I have over 7 years experience of managing creatives, and it has become a true passion and focus of mine during this time. I have completed various leadership, coaching and mentoring training programmes, including a D&AD masterclass.
