I'm currently a creative lead at Bow & Arrow where I focus on helping business identify new opportunities and launch innovative ventures. Most of the projects I'm working on last for not more than 8 weeks, this means that our team needs to be always well organised and optimised, yet on top of our creative abilities. I'm an expert in lean planning, design sprint process, ideation sessions and other techniques that make rapid innovation possible. I would love to share my knowledge on how to achieve great outputs quickly, how to balance wellbeing and giving it all to work.
